Message from the Managers 2011
It's 2011 and we're in our 28th year hosting a fair.  We have grown and matured.  We even have a mission statement to prove it.

"It is the mission of the Wilberforce Agricultural Society to provide a family oriented, kid friendly, volunteer rich, fun, affordable, hands-on, memorable summer event with a glimpse of times past."

We work very hard at making things happen for our fair.  Entertainment is a big ticket for us this year.  We're lining up a large selection of local talent that want to strut their stuff on our stage.  Stay tuned on our web site to hear what's coming.  There is bound to be something for everyone.

The best thing going for us this year is the Pedal Tractor Pull for kids.  Sorry Mom  and Dad you will have to hold the camera and cheer.  We have had some very generous donors that have made it possible for us to offer this new and exciting event.  Youth under age 12 will have to weigh-in and see how they measure up.  Put the pedal to the metal and see how far they can haul the stone boat.

We have all of our regular events going on too.  Friday night starts with the all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner and the pony pull.  Don't forget the rousing game of ball hockey at the arena, carb up first.

Saturday we're back at it bright and early with the dog show, meet the animals and checking-in at the goat show.  See how many ribbons you won in the Homecraft department and perhaps try your hand at the nail driving contest. Don't forget the rope making, face painting, model trains and the horse draw.  We could go on!

No matter what you want for the day we're sure that you will enjoy your time with us.  We will have a little something for everyone.  Come and see us at the biggest little fair around.
